Almost all their stylists are cross trained through their salon as well as the beauty lounge. Helena, the manager, is constantly pushing them to be their own “CEO’s” so that they take control of their own success. Their team has worked hard to create a positive and professional vibe throughout their salon, attending education classes and monthly meetings in order to keep them on track. 

Trials, bridal contracts, and having a bridal coordinator are just a few of the ways that they manage the abundance of weddings that they do throughout the wedding season and the year. Trials have been so important for their brides to help find the perfect fit both in personality and style. Having a bridal contract has helped not only hold the bride accountable, but it helps keep Blush accountable for the standards they have set in place. They also have different packages to fit each individual bride and how she wants to spend her day. They do weddings in their salon, as well as the beauty lounge. Finally, Gretchen, the bridal coordinator, is well-versed in all things bridal. She assists the stylists and brides throughout the entire process, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
